RBES Assistant Principal
RBES is looking to fill an Assistant Principal position starting with the 2026/2027 school year. This is a 10-month position, and the primary responsibilities are below:
Typical daily administrative duties
Student discipline
Attendance/truancy
PFA Coordinator
Assist with teacher evaluation
Extra-curricular supervision
Assist with a teacher mentoring program
Other duties as necessary

Must be at least 21, with a valid driver's license and 3 years of personal driving experience. A pre-employment background check, drug/alcohol screening, and physical are required. Substitute Paraprofessionals and Individual Aides
Substitute paras need to have a paraprofessional license from ISBE. Individual aides do not need a paraprofessional license.
Paras and Aides need to fill out the district application (linked below), and must have a TB test, background check, and physical.
Substitute paraprofessional and aide pay is $15 per hour.
