RBHS senior Tyrus Carter is being recognized by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation as nationally Commended Scholar. Ty is receiving this recognition because his fall 2022 PSAT/NMSQT test score placed him in the top 50,000 of out of over 1.5 million test takers in the United States. That score placed Ty in the top 3% of all students nation-wide. Congrats Ty, and very well-deserved!
