RBHS teacher Mr. Bill Menn has received the Citizenship Education Award from VFW Post 6632 in recognition of outstanding civics education. As a teacher in a special education classroom, Mr. Menn works hard to ensure that civics and democracy are accessible to all students. Congratulations Mr. Menn!
