Red Bud High School

Mrs. Julie Lewis, a member of the Red Bud High School science department, was recently named the winner of the 2022 Davidson Award.  The Davidson Award is presented by the Chemical Industry Council of Illinois to recognize the top chemistry teacher in the state.  Nominees are screened and then evaluated based upon the recommendations of principals and colleagues, as well as the manner in which they integrate innovative and practical applications into their chemistry teaching.  Mrs. Lewis's passion for chemistry and her students is evident to all her enter her classroom, and we are proud to recognize her for this achievement.
