Two Red Bud High students will compete for IHSA State titles this weekend!
Junior Ty Carter competed well at the Carterville Wrestling Sectional, securing a spot in the State Tournament in the 182 pound weight class. Ty will wrestle Thursday and Friday in Champaign, for a shot at the Illinois State title on Saturday.
Senior Bailey Fulton competed at the Belleville Speech Sectional, earning the top spot in the tournament in his event - Radio Speaking. Bailey will now head to Champaign on Friday and Saturday for his shot at an Illinois State title.
