HOMECOMING FOOTBALL UPDATE:
Due to the severe amount of rain in the forecast for Friday night, the 2024 Homecoming game versus Sparta High School has been moved up to tomorrow (Thursday night). While the weather forecast does not indicate that the game would necessarily be unplayable since no lightning is in the forecast, as a school we believe in the importance of memorable school activities for all of our students. We all, myself and our school administration, believe that homecoming is one of those memorable experiences: it is important for the student-athletes playing from the field and cheering on the sideline, it is important for the band members in their biggest pep performance of the year, and it is important for the Maroon Platoon cheering on their classmates from the stands. Friday's forecast would almost certainly diminish and likely eliminate that for all of our Musketeers, and we do not want to see that happen. While we recognize that a reschedule is not ideal or necessarily convenient for some, we want to maximize this memorable moment for our students.
Gates will open at 6:00, and kick off will be at 7:00 as normally scheduled.

The schedule for this Friday's (8/23) Musketeer Hog Roast & scrimmage is below. This year, IHSA allows teams to scrimmage against another school & we have partnered with Waterloo High School to take advantage of this opportunity. See you Friday!
